Customers who do not have IT staff are assigned an Account Manager to manage their phone system. The Account Manager is familiar with your specific setup and manages your phone system remotely.

SednaVoice experienced staff formulates the ideal solution for each specific customer. We schedule our cabling partners for a free site visit to survey your premises for cabling needs. Once cabling is completed, our network-partnered company sets up the necessary hardware, network and VoIP phones at your premises.
