SUBMIT A CASE

This is an online submission of issues relating to your phone. Once submitted you will receive acknowledgement along with an issue number. You can use this number to track the status of your reporting. You can use the issue tracker to report a case and the appropriate staff will be alterted. Our service engineers may be contact you to run a few tests to resolve the issue or if it is an issue that can be resolved remotely it will be completed and you will be notified via email.

If you choose to have your company IVR greeting recorded by a professional voice talent, please have the complete script in the comments section (small prompts only). Otherwise, cordiate the process with your account manager.
