We value our customer's time and support is an intergral part of our business. In most cases issues can be identified with a few tests and rebooting the phone. However, depending on the nature of the call we may need to schedule a consultant or field engineer to vist your location.
For cabling services, a service technician will have to visit the site in order to provide an estimate. Our experienced technicians can assist with expansion, moving or installing a completely new network.
Servicing legacy PBX - At times you can salvage your existing PBX and integrate VoIP service using digital to analog ATA. Cable splicing and patching can be done by the service technician.
