2. Feel free to consult with our sales team to identify and customize a plan to fit your business. Sales

3. You can also fill the request quote form for a sale engineer to contact you to gather complete details
4. Pick the phones and/or ATAs needed, click here
5. Once the complte requirements have been gathered, you will receive a quote outling the one-time and monthly recurring charges
6. Upon receiving a confirmation of the order and completion of the signup process you will receive a schedule of the deployment date.
7. In most cases, pre-configured phone and/or devices will be shipped to your location to be installed by you or IT department. We can also schedule service technicians for a fee depending on where you are located.
8. Telephone and email support is available
9. You will also be provided with a self management portal to make changes as necessary.

Keep your existing business number

The first step is to check whether your number can be ported to SednaVoice. Click here

Having confirmed, we will need your latest invoice from your current provider. The reason is the avoid delays and complication while attempting to port the number. The process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks and you will be informormed with the exact date. Prior to the move you would have the new setup completed at your premises, so that the transition is seamless.

Getting a new local number

We can assign you new phone number(s) depending on the area you are in, at times we may need to special order the number(s). Having the number(s) available in the current pool we can activate the phone number the same day. We can have the hardware shipped if what you are requesting is in stock.
