ANI – Long distance calling services
What is ANI?
DNIS (Dialed Number Identification Service) or ANI (Automatic Number Identification) is a telephone service that identifies the callers’ number and authenticates the number to allow long distance dialing access.

How it works?
Subscribe to an account with SednaVoice and add as many phone numbers as you want e.g. cell phone, office phone, and home phone. You will be provided a local access number that you must dial, similar to the calling card. However, you will not have to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) unless you have specified one. The callers programmed phone number activates the Dialed Number Identification Service or Automatic Number Identification account in the SednaVoice system that announces the balance remaining then prompts you to dial the long distance number. This is a prepaid service from SednaVoice plus you control the usage so you will have full control over your monthly bills. The service does not expire like the calling cards you have the flexibility to recharge the account whenever you need to.

You can restrict the long distance usage by department, allocate a certain budget and create the account with a PIN for the every employee dialing long distance. You can mange and extract reports by account usage.

The phone expenses need to be controlled or they can seriously hurt your financial situation, SednaVoice call detail records will give you complete records of all calls that you dialed our using SednaVoice long distance services, including call date and time, the Dialed number, how long the call was, and more. This information can be obtained by electronically from your web browser.
Depending on where you are, you can have your home number, cell phone number programmed into the system so that when you call the SednaVoice number your number will be recognized and you can continue to dial the long distance number. If the system does not identify the number, then you will be prompted to enter a valid phone number. If you have a password set up, simply enter the phone number followed by the password.
