Efficiently managing time with speed dial feature

Speed Call makes calling faster and easier for number called frequently like the vendors, shippers, suppliers e.t.c. Having pre-set the phone numbers in speed dial allows for you to simply dial a few numbers rather than the complete phone number.

The self management portal allows for you to manage a complete list. This list can be directly tied with phones that support this fuctionality. Polycom soundpoint 5XX, 6XX are currently supported.

This can also be a valuable feature if you have a single phone as a dispatch to service technicians. For instance Polycom sound point 650 with extension module allows for you have all the speed dial numbers listed and dispatched with a click of a single button.

Speed dial numbers can be private or shared

• Private: Only accessed by the owners of the telephone
• Shared: The numbers of vendors, suppliers and clients can be shared by colleagues
