DO NOT DISTURB

Benifits to using this feature:

• Avoid distraction or interuption while attending to critical matters. Voicemails are still available to callers for matter which you can attend later.
• Avoid disrupting colleagues in your absence - Business does not stop just because an employee is on leave, rather that having the phone ring constantly and disturbing the colleagure you can simply apply this feature. Upon return disable to be re-enstated.

Do Not disturb allows you to get peace, quiet and away from distraction.  If you do not wish to be disturbed for a period of time, away on leave or in a meeting, simply dial *78 to activate the Do not disturb feature. When enabled, all your calls are sent to your voicemail directly where callers can leave a message for you. You can process their messages at your leisure. When you are ready to make yourself available, simply disable the feature.

This setting can also be changed using the self management portal under the telephone account by the administrator.

How to use this feature on the phone:

• Press *78, you will hear the recording "do not disturb enabled"
• To disable this feature press *78 again and you will hear "do not disturb disabled"
