How it works?

Subscribers using the self management portal to:

• Schedule when the conferences will take place
• Limit the number of participants to join the conference
• Assign different personal identification numbers PINs for administrators,talkers, listeners of the conference
  • administrator - The host of the conference
  • talkers - Participants who can contribute to the discussion
  • listeners - Only information transferred
• Notification options via set of telephone numbers or email addresses
  • Telephone : Calls the numbers specified when initiating conference
  • Email: Recipients receive and email with the login credentials to log into conference
• Automation of recurring conference: option to schedule recurring on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis.
• Call in numbers can route directly to individual conference, either with or without a PIN.

Additional features - Call recording is also possible for later transcribing or archiving for verification purposes
