CALL HOLD
|
Place the caller on hold while attending to urgernt matters or another caller on the other line. Some of the supported phones allow you to press a button to keep the caller waiting. During this time you have the option to play custom messages or simply let caller listen to the default music on hold. Playing a message lets the caller know the call has not been disconnected at the same time you can play any available promotions to potential customers while they wait.
Functionality
Hold calls with the option of music. Music on hold is a business option.
Instructions
Place the call on hold by pressing the hold button on your phone or the “flash” button
if hold not available.
For business customers, the music on hold option will be activated. The music will be standard music on our server.
Result:
The call will be on hold. The business customers will hear standard music while on hold
