Auto-Attendant - IVR/Call director/Virtual PBX

Day and Night Mode

You can have the calls diverted differently for the different times. For instance, the office may be closed during the night but the caller can still get through to emergency personell, warehouse, shipping e.t.c.

Dial by name

- allows callers to reach a person by entering characters of the name on their telephone keypad. Callers can then call the number, feature code, or IVR destination and enter characters of the last name of the person they are trying to reach. If there are multiple matches, they will be played the names of any matches as below. If there are more than 10 matches, they will be asked to enter more characters. When they choose a match, they are then transferred to the internal extension of that person.

Virtual Departments

The complete sales team can be on the road, but they can still be connected and tied to the same phone system. Calls are transferred to exiting mobile phones or they can configure number to be reached by callers.

Multiple Auto‐Attendants

Providing information to callers can be organized using different levels. Callers can be filtered based on their selection and sent to the correct department to be best served. For example, depending on the size of the company the accounting department can be broken down to :

  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Payroll
  • Book keeping e.t.c

Import Greetings

Custom greeting prompts can be recorded directly using the phone system, however if professionally recorded it can be imported using the self management portal by the administrator.

Dial by Extensions 

Traditionally companies have just one main number, and perhaps direct numbers for the executives. As for the rest of the employees they can be reached by 3 or 4 digit local numbers. This is configurable so only internal employees can call or callers can dial from the main IVR.

Holiday Schedule 

During the holiday season, you can choose to have a custom greeting to the callers as well as different operating procedure to divert callers. If know ahead of time, this can be programmed into the system so that when the time comes the switch is automatic.
