A mass communication technique that allows you to manage campaigns to alert, inform clients, members, patients from your own desk efficiently.  Voice broadcast campaigns can be developed such that if the call is answered by an individual, an IVR program can be invoked which allows the individual to make menu selections just like an inbound call.  The call then can be directed by the team in charge to present with addition information.
