An auto-attendant, how it works? When callers dial your main business number they will be greeted with the company greeting. You can record your own custom greeting for auto-attendant message. E.g. (thank you for call calling xyz company, if you know your parties extension please enter it now, dial 1 for sales, dial 2 for support, dial 3 for accounting and administration, or dial 0 to speak to an operator.).
